Our product is unmanaged and does not provide technical support. We are responsible for the physical performance and network connectivity of the server. Others such as software configuration and security protection need to be completed by yourself.

- Q: Will I be billed when I do not log in?

After the server is created, its allocated resources will be exclusive to you and cannot be used by other users.
Even if you are not logged into the server, the resources it occupies will continue to generate fees.
So if you no longer use the server, the way to stop billing is to delete the server, and the resources it occupies will be completely released and cannot be recovered.
- Q: What happens if the account is in arrears?

All servers will be suspended when the account is in arrears.
If the arrears time exceeds the retention period, the server will be deleted by the system and cannot be restored.
Before the account is in arrears, the system will send a reminder to your email and mobile phone number.
- Q: Is it possible to build a VPN or other proxy?

It is forbidden to set up a VPN or any other form of proxy for the purpose of circumventing the wall and breaking the network in the mainland. For other prohibited matters, see Terms of Service.
- Q: How long does it take to install?

The server's default password is correct. This prompt is generally due to a problem with your computer settings, you can search for "credentials not working" to find a solution tutorial.
- Q: How many available IPs are there? IP segment?

When creating a server, the IP is randomly assigned by the system and cannot be specified. The IP is used cyclically. When you delete the server, the IP of the server may be assigned to other users.
- Question: Why is the region of the query IP wrong?

Each IP database has different update policies and cycles. If the update is not timely, wrong results will be found.

In order to prevent DDOS attacks and spam, the following ports are closed

All configurations are shared bandwidth 10Gbps. Please note that the server bandwidth does not represent your actual usage speed, and the actual usage speed is more determined by the resources you download or the bandwidth of the device connected to it.

If the traffic exceeds the limit, the server will be suspended, and you need to upgrade to a higher configuration or wait for the next cycle to reset.
