- Do you provide technical support?
- Our services are unmanaged. We are responsible for the physical server resources and network connectivity, but software setup, system administration, and security hardening are handled by the customer. Please back up your data regularly.
- Am I charged when I am not logged in?
- Yes. Once a server is created, its resources are reserved for you and cannot be used by others. Charges continue until the server is deleted. Deleting the server releases the resources and the action cannot be undone.
- What happens if my account is overdue?
- All servers under an overdue account may be suspended. If the overdue period exceeds the retention window, the server may be deleted permanently. Reminder notices are normally sent to your email address and phone number before this happens.
- Can I use the server for VPN or proxy services?
- No. VPNs or proxy services intended to bypass mainland China network restrictions are prohibited. Please also review the Terms of Service and the AUP.
- How long does deployment take?
- In most cases, deployment takes about 5 to 15 minutes.
- Why is Remote Desktop slow or unavailable?
- Please run the troubleshooting tools available on the server details page. In many cases, the system can identify the issue and suggest a fix automatically.
- Why do I see “your credentials did not work” when logging in?
- The default server password is normally correct. This message is usually related to local client or system settings on your own device.
- Can I choose the IP address or IP range?
- No. IP addresses are assigned automatically by the system when the server is created. IPs are reused, so after a server is deleted, its IP may later be assigned to another customer.
- Why does an IP lookup show the wrong location?
- Different IP databases update on different schedules. Outdated third-party databases can display incorrect location information.
- Which ports are blocked?
-
To reduce spam and DDoS abuse, the following ports are blocked:
TCP & UDP: 17, 19, 137, 138, 139, 445, 1900
TCP: 25, 1688
UDP: 11211, 53413
- How much bandwidth do the servers have?
- All plans use shared 10 Gbps uplinks. Actual transfer speed depends on many factors, including the destination network, remote resource limits, and the bandwidth available on both ends.
- What happens if I exceed my traffic allowance?
- If your included traffic is exhausted, the server may be suspended until you upgrade to a larger plan or the next billing cycle resets the allowance.
- What if I delete a server by mistake?
- Deleted servers cannot be restored. Because the service is billed based on active resources, the allocated resources are released immediately after deletion. Please keep regular backups of any important data.
